Q. What is your Turnaround time?

A. Really, it does depend on the job required. the following is a good guide;

- Full Website with shopping cart....2-3 weeks

- Logo (including 2 drafts)...3days

- 3 Fold Brochure (including 2 drafts)...1 week (depending on the printer of course!)

 

Q. What if I need my first draft urgently?

A. We do offer the option for urgent drafting however we do not recommend it. Quality requires time and we want to deliver the best of quality to our customers. The urgent draft option is available for banners and logos only. The price structure for urgent drafting is as follows: Logo: $75 Banner: $75 extra

 

Q. I Can′t find a package that suits my requirements,can I order a custom made package ?

A. Absolutely!

 

Q. In what format/s will my logo be delivered ?

A. The final copy of your logo will be delivered to you in any format that you desire and you do not have to worry about compatibility issues, as we support a number of format for logos and other digital products as well, such as: GIF and JPEG format EPS and IFF format

 

Q. Who will have rights to the Logo ?

A. You will have complete rights of the Final Copy of the Logo; however rights to the other concepts will remain with us (pixeljam256.com)

 

Q. What if I have an idea for my Logo Design?

A. We encourage you to participate in the brainstorming sessions and we always welcome fresh ideas. If you have an idea on how your logo should look like, you can definitely share with us.

 

Q. How do I pay for my Order?

A. You can pay us through Pay Pal, into our account or cash/check (local businesses/persons only).

 

Q. Is there any upfront payment?

A. Yes. 50% is payable up front. We need a comitment from you before we can comit to you.
